People feel valued when selling with me. As they are never just one off clients for me they are clients for life and they know that by the actions I take, an example of this would be that I send all buyers and sellers of a house personalised anniversary cards every year. This is one of the reasons I have such a good name for my self because I value the client and their needs which gives me massive credibility. Most of my clients also know me for doing lots of charity work, raising money and supporting schools , helping local hospitals in the areas I sell in as I believe giving back is important.
