I am well known in my community as a certified trauma therapist. I am a licensed therapist (LCSW) with over 30 years of experience. I am also a corporate dropout as a former Executive and State Director of a national human service agency. I left due to burnout and starting to have numerous health issues including temporarily losing my eyesight from an inflamed nerve in my brain. I went back to private practice and began to transition to speaking and coaching 3 years ago. I now coach women on how to eliminate stress, overwhelm, and burnout so it does not ruin their health and relationships. The name of my program is called Leader of Your LIFE. It is a 90 day 1:1 coaching program and I also have digital courses and a community. I am able to help provide long lasting change because of the combination of using somatic modalities as a therapist such as EMDR as well as brain science along with my coaching.
