1. WE ARE VISUAL STORYTELLERS - Whether it is a presentation, How-To video or an explainer animation that we are creating, storytelling, a.k.a. the client's message and their value proposition, are at the core of everything we do. We don't just make pretty pictures, everything we create has a clear objective that needs to be fulfilled.

2. WE HAVE FUN - We may operate in a corporate world where we interact with suits and ties on the daily, but that doesn't mean we have to be corporate and stiff. We love serving our corporate clients, so we present ourselves as professionals that are not afraid to be ourselves. Our clients love working with us because we are authentic, fun and don't take ourselves too seriously.

3. WE ARE CREATIVE - We are commercial creatives, so it is our job to combine art and business seamlessly into everything we create. Our clients come to us because they are seeking creative solutions to business problems. It is important that we keep up with current trends as well as continuously come up with new ways to help our clients communicate better and stand out from their competitors.

4. WE WORK HARD - We are in a deadline driven industry, so last minute client demands, late nights and working over weekends just comes with the territory. Although projects can go pear-shaped, our team bands together to get the project done on time while always exceeding client expectations.

5. WE HAVE AUTONOMY & FREEDOM - There is nothing worse than someone breathing down your neck, telling you what to do. Although we are a team, we all work in relative isolation, so we have the autonomy to manage our own time and run with our creative ideas. Through trial and error over the last 15 years, we have developed processes and systems to ensure a successful project delivery. But outside of those processes, our work is a blank canvas, and we welcome creativity and new ideas. Autonomy means that we are free to work when and how we want, just as long as client objectives are met and delivered on time.

6. WE CREATE WOW! FOR OUR CLIENTS - We deliver value and wow our customers. We live to make our client's look like rocks stars whether that is in a presentation they are delivering or an internal campaign that they just launched. Our job is to work quietly in the shadows to prop our clients up so they can take the credit for their marketing and communications successes.

7. LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS - We are in it for the long run. Although we do have some one-off clients, most of our clients become repeat clients that we work with for many years. How do we do that? By being good, kind humans that care about our clients' needs, show interest in their lives, relate to them on a human level and do whatever it takes to make the job a success. No negative, stinky attitudes allowed!

8. COMMUNICATION IS EVERYTHING - It is our job to make dealing with us as stress free for the client as possible. This means, communicate, communicate, communicate. We keep our clients constantly updated on our progress, so doubts and worries don't ever creep in. This is the basis for forming long term relationships where our clients can trust us to deliver the goods. When we have new client's that might be treading with trepidation, we hold their hand and guide them through by explaining what is expected of them at each step of the way.

8. ATTENTION TO DETAIL - There is nothing worse than launching a campaign, to notice a spelling mistake somewhere in your shiny, new marketing assets that has just gone live to the public. Sometimes mistakes fall through the cracks, but we strive to double check our work to ensure that spelling errors, flash frames and other gremlins don't make their way into final deliverables.
